Changing Your Plan in SaberSim

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings menu.

  1. Access Your Account Settings

    • Click the settings menu in the upper right corner of the app.

    • Select My Account. This page shows your current plan, billing information, and available plan options.

  2. Downgrading Your Subscription

    • Click the Downgrade option.

    • Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period.

    • At the start of the next billing cycle, you will be switched to the lower plan and billed accordingly.

  3. Upgrading Your Subscription

    • Upgrades take effect immediately.

    • You will receive a prorated credit for the unused time on your current plan, applied toward the cost of the upgraded plan for the current month.

    • You will then be charged the difference for that month. Afterward, you will be billed the standard monthly rate for the new plan.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to the SaberSim login page.

  2. Click Forgot password? below the login form.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your account and submit.

  4. Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam/junk if not found).

  5. Follow the link to create your new password and log in.

If the reset email doesn’t arrive, contact [email protected].

Canceling Your Account

  1. Go to the settings menu in the upper right corner of the app.

  2. Click My Account.

  3. On the right side, click Cancel Account.

  4. Confirm by selecting Delete My Account when prompted.

Canceling your account will remove access to all lineups, builds, settings, and rules. If you have trouble canceling, email [email protected].

Joining and Verifying in the SaberSim Discord

  1. Join the Discord

    • Click the Discord Link in the right hand corner of the SaberSim website.

  2. Verify Your Account in Discord

    • You’ll see limited channels, including verification and verification-help.

    • In the verification channel, react to the message (e.g., thumbs up emoji).

    • You will receive a DM from the SaberSim bot.

  3. Link Your SaberSim Account

    • Click the link in the DM to verify via sabersim.com.

    • Confirm linking your Discord account with your SaberSim subscription in the app.

    • You’ll receive a success message once linked.

  4. Role Update

    • The bot updates your Discord role based on your subscription level. This may take a few hours.

  5. If You Need Faster Verification or Have Issues

    • Post in verification-help if your role hasn’t updated after linking.

    • For partner sign-ups, post your partner name and plan in verification-help so the team can verify manually.
