Check the Quick Swap Icon

  • Look at the Quick Swap Icon in the upper left.

  • If the icon is red, it means you have players in your entries file who have been ruled out for the rest of the slate.

  • This is the most important step every time you late swap.

If the icon is red:

  1. Click the icon to swap all ruled-out players to the next best available players.

  2. Click Apply, then Download Entries, and re-upload the fresh file to DraftKings.

This step ensures you don’t take a zero from unavailable players and makes your late swaps run more smoothly.

Start a Late Swap Build

  • Once Quick Swap is complete, click the Late Swap button, located directly to the right of the Quick Swap Icon.

  • Choose which contests you want to late swap and select a swap method.

    • Recommended: Swap all contests together using the default swap method.

    • This is the simplest way to late swap.

  • Click Late Swap [Contest] to confirm.

Build Swaps

  • Click Build Swaps. If you're on the Starter plan or above, contest sims and the portfolio diversifier will run immediately after your swaps are done building.

  • SaberSim will re-optimize your lineup around the players and games that have locked, as well as new information about the slate (ex: lineup updates, late scratches, etc.)

  • Review your lineups and make any revisions necessary. Pay attention to the Delta Exposure column to see how your exposures have changed from your original lineups to your current ones.

Save and Upload

  1. After you're done reviewing and revising, click Save to save the swaps into your entries file.

  2. After the save confirmation:

    • Download the updated entries file in the upper left.

    • Re-upload it into your DFS site.

Now your lineups are updated and ready for the next round of games.
