Use an aggregate rule. Open Rules in the upper left, click Add New Rule, and choose the aggregate type. Pick the column you want to limit, choose how to combine it across the lineup (sum, average, product, or geometric mean), and set at least or no more than.
As an example, a “My Proj → Sum → At least → 100” is rule that says each lineup must be projected for at least 100 points. Other rules follow for other data combinations.
Lineups built from the simulations already account for upside and ownership, so a limit like this is a check on the edges of your pool rather than something every build needs.
