Hey everyone. My name's Jordan, I'm the head coach here at SaberSim. And in this video, I'm going to show you the fastest way to get your lineups out of SaberSim and into your contests on FanDuel on your phone. Before we get started, this won't be a full demo of the entry editor process here. And the process will be a little bit different depending on the phone that you're using here. I'm recording this on my Samsung Galaxy. If you have an iPhone or a different kind of phone, it might look a little bit different, but this should be a helpful walkthrough of the basic steps you need to know to get your lineups out of the site, up and into FanDuel. So let's go ahead and get started. This is the baseball main slate here for today. The first thing I need to do is upload my entries file and to do that, I'm going to go ahead and click the entries tab, and then we'll see this message here.
And we want to click the download template file from FanDuel. And this is going to take us over to the upcoming tab on FanDuel's mobile site. Now you do have to do a little bit of trickery here to get this to show up correctly. So the first thing that I'm going to do is open up my browser settings, and I'm going to tell my mobile browser to show me the desktop version of the site. What this is going to do, it's going to load the desktop version, how it would look on a computer. And the reason why I need to do that is because I need to see the CSV edit button.
So now I can see this. You can't see it on the mobile version of the site. You can only see it on the desktop version of the site. So in your browser settings, you should have the ability to do that there. Now I can click the CSV edit button and that will pop up this little pop up here. And now I can click the download a CSV template link, which will download my entries file. Once that file's downloaded, I can go ahead and go back to my other SaberSim tab here, select the file in my files here and upload.
And now I have my entries file for tonight's slate loaded. Obviously the next step here is going to be that I need some lineups. So I'm going to just go ahead and build 150 lineups on default settings here, and we'll just get some lineups built and I'll resume the recording here as soon as these lineups are built. Okay, now we've got a build here. We've got all of our lineups. At this point obviously you would want to go ahead and make any adjustments to these lineups until you're satisfied with the lineups and you're ready to enter them in your contests. Once your all ready, all you need to do is click the fill entries button in the upper right corner here. And this is going to allow us to fill our entries here. We just want to make sure that we have the right lineup set and fill methods selected.
In this case, I just want to put my top lineups into all of my entries here in the order of Saber score, that's going to be the rank fill method. I'm not going to break down all the other fill methods here in this video. We have another video in our support documentation that breaks them down in more detail. The most important thing to do here is to just click the fill all entries button, and that will fill your entries and it will make it so that you can download your entries. This button down at the bottom here turned green, which means we're ready to download our entries. So in this case, I'm going to go ahead and just click download entries here, which will download my file. You can see that at the bottom. And then I'm going to go back to that tab I had open for a FanDuel. Click the choose file button that showed up in this popup.
Go grab that FanDuel entries file that we just downloaded from SaberSim and then click the edit green button here. That will process the edits here, upload them up to FanDuel. We'll get a green message confirming when that goes through successfully. One thing I also like to do on FanDuel here is I will just do one refresh drag down the page, just to make sure that I can see some of these lineups here, actually well, hopefully all of the lineups actually loaded correctly, but we'll see some of them at the top, as soon as this page loads.
Okay. It took a long time there. So I had to pause the video there again, but you can see the players, the lineups have now actually loaded in. So we know that this worked correctly. If you have any other questions about the rest of the SaberSim process on a mobile device or phone, you can check out some of the other videos we have in our support documentation. If you run into any issues here as always feel free to reach out and email us at [email protected]. In the meantime, I hope this was helpful. Thanks and good luck.
